ProPublica reported that Kremlev covered hundreds of thousands of dollars in expenses for the three-day event, which included entertainment and fireworks. Bettina Trump stated that Kremlev hosted the celebrations after their wedding and emphasized that generosity does not imply an agenda. Kremlev's spokesperson noted that the boxing organization he leads did not incur the wedding expenses but did not comment on the payments made by the Dubai entity. Bettina Trump expressed disappointment that their personal celebration was being politicized, stating that a wedding gift can simply be a wedding gift. The couple's wedding was attended by family members, including Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner. Donald Trump did not attend the wedding due to other commitments.
