Christopher Hale, a former staffer for President Obama, highlighted this issue on social media, questioning the appropriateness of the Attorney General's participation.</p><p>The RNC confirmed the accuracy of the speaker line-up through a press release on their website. Critics have noted that Blanche's previous role as Trump's personal attorney raises further questions about his impartiality in the position of Attorney General.</p><p>Legal experts have previously expressed concerns regarding Blanche's involvement in partisan activities, including a recent appearance in support of a Trump-backed candidate in New York. Former U.S. Attorney Joyce Vance criticized Blanche's actions, stating that the Attorney General is always on duty and cannot separate his official responsibilities from political campaigning.</p><p>The White House and the Department of Justice have not yet responded to requests for comment regarding this matter. The RNC's convention is scheduled for September 9 and 10 in Dallas, Texas, and aims to rally support for Trump and Republican candidates ahead of the upcoming elections.</p>
