The United States said it would suspend consular services at its embassy and consulates in Brazil from Friday because of security concerns, Deutsche Welle reported. Australia’s embassy in Brasilia also said it would close Friday, citing the U.S. alert and advising Australians to avoid U.S. diplomatic missions.
