This communication occurred shortly after Patel was sworn in on February 21, 2025, and began reviewing investigations related to Jeffrey Epstein. The attaché informed Patel of Ferguson's request on March 6, noting that she believed he had previously expressed interest in obtaining Harvey's contact details.
Patel responded by asking for clarification on who Victoria Harvey was. The attaché explained that Patel had met Harvey and another individual at the Trump International Golf Course and requested their contact information. The emails do not mention Epstein directly, but they were released as part of a cache of documents related to the review of investigative holdings concerning Epstein. The FBI has not commented on the matter, but a spokesperson stated that Patel does not recognize Harvey and has taken photos with many individuals.
Ferguson and Andrew were married from 1986 to 1996, and both have faced scrutiny regarding their connections to Epstein.
