Michigan Attorney General Criticizes Democratic Party's Response to Antisemitism

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel criticized the Michigan Democratic Party for not adequately addressing antisemitism, specifically citing the presence of members charged with antisemitic acts at the upcoming convention. Nessel, who is the state's first Jewish attorney general, expressed her concerns about antisemitic threats she and other Jewish officials have faced since taking office in 2019. Nessel also addressed Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed's past comments related to antisemitism, indicating her intention to discuss her concerns with him.
