Authorities in California are searching for two 9-year-old children, Solomon and Marozhina Sukonick, who were allegedly taken by their father, David Sukonick, on Thursday. The children were last seen around 8 p.m. near the 1000 block of West Avenue J-8 in Lancaster. They were reportedly traveling in a black 2011 Lincoln Town Car with California license plate SOLOYST. Marozhina is described as a 9-year-old White girl, 4 feet 4 inches tall, weighing about 90 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing pink shorts and a white shirt. Solomon, also 9, is described as a White boy of the same height and weight, with brown hair and brown eyes, last seen in blue shorts and an unknown-colored shirt.
David Sukonick, the father, is described as a 71-year-old White man, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing about 135 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
