Police Search for Suspect Following Shooting at Wilmington Hospital

Authorities in Delaware are conducting a manhunt for a suspect involved in a shooting at Wilmington Hospital on Tuesday. The alleged shooter, who is believed to be a temporary employee, reportedly shot two co-workers at the hospital. Police responded to the incident at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The condition of the two employees who were shot is currently unknown, and the scene remains active as police continue their investigation. Delaware State Police and FBI personnel are on-site, but the suspect has not yet been identified. David Karas, a spokesman for the Wilmington Police Department, stated, "Anytime there’s any shooting incident, it’s always difficult. It’s certainly not what a community wants, and we’re going to make sure to get to the bottom of it and hold the individual responsible."
