Initially charged with engaging in prostitution, those charges were later amended to disorderly conduct, resulting in a one-day jail sentence and a fine of $1,150.</p><p>York's family is reported to have a net worth of $8.5 billion, according to Forbes. John York took control of the San Francisco 49ers in 2000, with Jed taking over in 2008.</p><p>The suspension of York comes during a challenging period for the 49ers, as head coach Kyle Shanahan was involved in a car accident on July 14, resulting in multiple injuries. Shanahan stated that he was looking for his phone when the accident occurred but was not using it while driving.
