Maxx Crosby Emphasizes Focus Amid Raiders' Undefeated Start

The Las Vegas Raiders have started the season with three wins and no losses, generating optimism about the team's performance. Defensive end Maxx Crosby expressed caution regarding the team's early success, warning against complacency. "It’s good and bad, you know, I feel like it’s so early," Crosby stated. He cautioned that a strong start could lead to overconfidence, urging the team to remain focused on their goals. The Raiders will face the 3-0 Kansas City Chiefs in their next game, which Crosby highlighted as a significant challenge. Despite their early success, Crosby emphasized the importance of continuing to work hard and address areas for improvement, such as their running game and red-zone efficiency. He noted that while the team has shown resilience, there are still issues that need attention. Crosby's focus remains on preparation and accountability, stating, "You can’t focus on the past. We just got to focus on the day to day and dominate the details." As the team prepares for their upcoming matchup, Crosby aims to keep the focus on the next steps rather than the implications of their current record.
