His personal physician, Navy Capt. Sean Barbabella, stated in a June memorandum that Trump "remains in excellent health, demonstrating strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and overall physical function."</p><p>Carville has previously indicated that there are issues with Trump's health. In August, aides informed CNN that Trump showed little interest in campaigning for Republican candidates ahead of the midterms.</p><p>By early September, Trump held a midterm convention in Dallas, where candidates were expected to come to him.
