The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. on Monday, when police pulled over the vehicle he was in.</p><p>According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Thomas exited the vehicle after officers instructed him to remain inside. He was reported to be uncooperative and intoxicated, leading to his arrest for public intoxication and obstruction of justice. He was booked at the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station and later released.</p><p>Additionally, the driver of the vehicle was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. The information was reported by multiple outlets, including TMZ and NBC Los Angeles.</p><p>Jonathan Taylor Thomas is known for his role as Randy Taylor on the television series <i>Home Improvement</i> and for voicing young Simba in Disney’s 1994 animated film <i>The Lion King</i>.</p><p>Since his rise to fame in the 1990s, Thomas has largely stepped away from the public eye, having appeared in films such as <i>Man of the House</i> (1995), <i>Tom and Huck</i> (1995), and <i>The Adventures of Pinocchio</i> (1996).</p>
