New court documents reveal details about Robinson's state of mind before the alleged shooting, including a message he sent to his boyfriend, expressing remorse and indicating he had taken action against Kirk. Robinson's mother also informed investigators that her son had become more politically active and adopted pro-gay and pro-transgender views over the past year. The timeline for Robinson's trial remains uncertain, and if convicted, he could face the death penalty.
