Alexis Wilkins, the girlfriend of FBI Director Kash Patel, has initiated a defamation lawsuit against MS Now, following a report alleging that Patel had instructed Wilkins's security detail to provide rides home to her friends after nights out in Nashville, Tennessee. The report, published in December 2025, cited three anonymous sources, which the FBI has denied, calling the allegations false.
In her 16-page complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Wilkins claims that the article was based on fabricated sources and seeks accountability for what she describes as 'egregious lies.' Her lawyers assert that neither Wilkins nor Patel made any requests for federal agents to escort her friends home and highlight discrepancies in the timeline of the report, particularly regarding the existence of her security detail. Wilkins is seeking damages of at least $75,000. The case has been assigned to Judge Eli Jeremy Richardson, who was nominated by former President Trump. MS Now has been contacted for comment.
