A Pennsylvania influencer, Nicholas Attalla, 34, has been charged following a stabbing incident during a confrontation with two men he accused of being child predators at a Tim Hortons in Jamestown, New York, in December 2025. Attalla, who operates under the online name 'Niky Sal,' was arrested on September 4, 2026, on charges of third-degree assault, criminal nuisance, and endangering the welfare of a child, according to WGRZ.
Attalla runs undercover social media accounts to identify individuals who prey on children. He allegedly engaged in online conversations with someone he believed to be a 16-year-old male through a dating site, posing as a 14-year-old girl. He arranged to meet at the Tim Hortons, where he confronted James Morris, 43, and Eric Spencer, 42, accusing Spencer of communicating with the minor.
According to a spokesperson for the Jamestown Police Department, Attalla threatened Morris based on their phone conversation. A fight ensued at the coffee shop, during which Morris allegedly stabbed Attalla. The altercation also involved a 1-year-old child and their family present in the establishment. Attalla sustained a significant laceration to his arm and received treatment at UPMC Chautauqua.
A GoFundMe campaign was initiated to assist with Attalla's medical expenses, raising over $12,000 of its $20,000 goal as of Thursday. Following the incident, Morris and Spencer were arrested in January 2026. Morris faces charges of first-degree assault, tampering with physical evidence, and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. An investigation revealed that there was no prior communication between the men before the confrontation, as search warrants executed on the suspects' cell phones found no evidence of contact. On September 4, all three men were charged with second-degree criminal nuisance and endangering the welfare of a child due to the incident involving the child during the brawl.
