KJ Biermann, 15, was arrested and charged with two felony counts related to an incident in April, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital. KJ, whose full name is Kroy Jagger, faces charges of aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy as of August 17, following his arrest in Alpharetta, Georgia. Under Georgia's SB440 law, he is being charged as an adult due to the nature of the allegations.
His mother, Kim Zolciak, a star of 'Real Housewives of Atlanta,' issued a statement denying the allegations against her son. She described the claims as reckless and troubling, asserting that KJ denies any involvement with the alleged victim. Zolciak stated that her son voluntarily took a polygraph test and passed, and that no DNA evidence was found linking him to the case. She also mentioned that the individual making the allegations has previously made similar claims against two other people.
Zolciak emphasized the seriousness of false accusations and their potential impact on genuine survivors of sexual assault. She expressed confidence that the facts would support her son's innocence and urged the public to refrain from spreading unproven allegations. KJ is currently being held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center, awaiting a preliminary hearing scheduled for September. KJ is the eldest son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, who filed for divorce in 2023 after 11 years of marriage.
